Script Consulting

Conni is an award-winning screenwriter and playwright who also works steadily as a story consultant and writing instructor. Over the years she has taught playwriting and screenwriting for various post-secondary institutions (University of Alberta, Red Deer College, The National Theatre School of Canada), as well as for such organizations as FAVA ( Film and Video Arts Association), Alberta Playwrights Network and the National Screen Institute of Canada. During two stints as writer-in-residence at the Edmonton Public Library she enjoyed working with writers of all different levels of experience as well as designing and delivering courses.

Working one-on-one with writers is a particular joy. Conni truly enjoys the process of helping storytellers clarify and strengthen their work by engaging in productive and inspiring conversation, including constructive feedback and provocative questions.
